1981年Henri Holec把自主性定义为能负责自己学习的能力,自此自主性这一理论得到了广泛的认可。Holec同时指出自主性包括五大方面:确定学习目标、确定内容和进度、选择学习方法和技巧、监控学习过程,以及对学习进行评估。本研究借助SPSS统计学软件通过对调查问卷收集的数据进行分析,试图了解大学生自主学习能力的现状,提出针对性的解决方案。
In 1981, Henri Holec defined autonomy as its ability to be responsible for learning. Since then, the theory of autonomy has been widely recognized. Holec also pointed out that the autonomy includes five major aspects: setting learning objectives, determining content and progress, choosing learning methods and techniques, monitoring the learning process, and assessing learning. In this study, SPSS statistical software was used to analyze the data collected in the questionnaire to try to understand the status quo of college students’ autonomous learning ability and put forward targeted solutions.
