人力资源管理的最主要的组成部分之一就是绩效管理,这也是企业提升员工任务完成成绩的一种有效的方法之一。我国国有矿山企业正在推广实行这种绩效管理体系,到过程中存在着许多的问题,如推广实施起来比较有困难、绩效考核方面比较有困难、绩效管理实施后的反馈上也有较大的困难。通过加强对绩效管理知识的了解和深入研究,只有在思想和行动上作出相应的解决方法,根据企业自身发展条件和目标,制定出适合自身更加稳定持续发展的绩效管理体系,才能使国有矿山企业在同行激烈的市场竞争中占据有利的地位。
