目前,X射线仪器的外观设计过于复杂并且人机交互设计存在不合理之处,给用户的认知、理解与实际操作带来困扰。其产品设计需综合考虑人、人的行为、使用场景及产品涉及到的技术因素之间的关系。以nano Voxel-4000型X射线三维显微镜为例,基于交互系统设计理论,分别对产品涉及的技术、人的行为和心理、产品使用场景这3个系统因素进行分析,从而得到相关产品设计的限制和指导原则。同时,运用人机工程学理论,结合产品外观设计理论,对仪器功能布局、外观形态进行了创新设计,为相关产品设计提供参考。

Its product design must take into account the relationship between people, people’s behavior, the use of the scene and the technical factors involved in the product. At the same time, using ergonomics theory, combined with product design theory, the functional layout of the instrument, the appearance of the shape of an innovative design for the design of related products provide a reference.
