一、前言打印耗材业是伴随着计算机的普及和打印机的广泛应用而迅速发展起来的新兴产业。中国已发展成为世界打印耗材的生产基地,2008年中国打印耗材总体市场销售额达到10.85亿美元,预计2012年将达到14.4亿美元。目前,中国的打印耗材生产商约3000余家,产品绝大部分出口至国外。中国已经成为世界打印耗材的制造中心和加工基地,同时成为销售中心和集散地。用工业塑胶等化工原料为主制造出来的打印耗材,一方面给人们带来方便与快捷,另一方面产业的蓬勃发展势必伴随产生大量的废旧打印耗材。多年以来用户换下来的废旧耗材中,有80～90%均未能得到合理回收和有效利用。废旧喷墨打
