房地产项目投资具有投资额大、周期长和不可移动等特点,容易受到社会、经济、工程管理等诸多因素的影响,各个阶段都存在着大量的不确定因素。为减少投资的失误,提高投资效益,对房地产项目投资进行风险管理研究具有较大的现实意义。本文通过对房地产项目投资特征、风险等方面的分析,提出了防控房地产项目投资风险的一些措施。
Investment in real estate projects is characterized by large amount of investment, long period and immovable, and is easily affected by many factors such as social, economic and project management. There are a large number of uncertainties in all stages. In order to reduce the mistake of investment and improve the investment efficiency, it is of great practical significance to study the risk management of real estate project investment. Based on the analysis of investment characteristics and risks of real estate projects, this paper puts forward some measures to prevent and control the investment risks of real estate projects.
