随着社会经济的发展,建筑工程建设的项目越来越多。建筑工程是一项比较复杂的过程,只有进行有效的工程管理,才能使工程能够顺利的完成并得到最大的经济效益。一个好的建筑企业,必然有一套好的管理方式;反之,倘若建筑企业仅有雄厚的物质基础和技术实力,而管理工作薄弱,制度不健全,那么仍旧会在竞争中处于被动不利的境地。因此建筑企业要想加强其市场竞争力,必须做好企业的工程管理工作。本文主要阐述了建筑工程质量管理、成本管理以及安全管理中出现的问题,并提出了相应的解决措施。
With the social and economic development, construction projects more and more projects. The construction project is a complicated process. Only effective project management can make the project be completed smoothly and get the most economic benefits. A good construction enterprise must have a good management style; on the contrary, if the construction enterprise has only a solid material foundation and technical strength, and the management is weak and the system is not perfect, then the competition will still be in a passive disadvantage. This article mainly expounds the problems in the quality management, cost management and safety management of construction projects, and puts forward the corresponding solutions.
