青少年体育运动兴趣的培养,尤其是那些挑战极限与耐力的竞技项目,既有赖于个体与生俱来的体育天赋,又奠基于教练的科学训练,远非局外人所说的“不过是天天走、跑、跳、投尔已。”以田径运动为例,教练只有深谙全面锻炼、循序渐进、正视差异、适度负荷、以赛促训等要点,并持之以恒践行于教学实践,才能不负使命、人才辈出。
