军队院校多元化的师资配备,不仅能够为教学科研工作注入新鲜血液,而且对解决军队院校师资短缺和结构问题至关重要。非现役文职教员在多元化的角色中担当着重要的职责,发挥着无可替代的作用。依据胜任力的内涵并结合非现役文职教员岗位聘用的特点,借鉴国内外教师胜任力研究成果,分析并初步构建了非现役文职教员岗位胜任力模型。
The diversified teaching staffing of military academies and schools not only can inject fresh blood into teaching and research work, but also is of crucial importance to solving the shortage of teachers and structural problems in military academies and universities. Non-active civilian teachers play an important role in a wide range of roles, play an irreplaceable role. According to the connotation of competency and the characteristics of hiring of non-active civilian teachers, this dissertation analyzes and preliminarily constructs the model of job competency of non-active civilian teachers based on the research results of the competency of teachers at home and abroad.
