进入二十一世纪以来,我国软件产业持续迅猛发展,软件人才需求量巨大,其中尤为短缺的是处在软件开发第一线的高职计算机软件人才。目前,这类人才的培养质量远未达到社会认可,仍有许多问题值得研究和探讨。本文分析了当前高职计算机软件人才培养中存在的主要问题,从培养目标定位、专业设置、课程体系设置、实践教学、师资队伍建设等方面对高职计算机软件人才的培养模式进行了多方位探讨,提出了几点新的思考。
