在基础工程中,如遇下部土层是砂类土或地下水位较高时,一般钻孔桩和沉井都难于施工,易出现孔内、井内涌砂、井壁拒沉等现象。针对这些问题,我们将沉井底部改成喇叭形,顺利解决了在砂土持力层和松填土扩孔的困难,并在抚州城周围的池塘和河床地带近10个工程中付诸实践。下面以抚州市洋洲综合大楼工程为例,介绍喇叭沉井基础设计施工中的做法和体会。
In the foundation project, if the lower soil layer is sand soil or the groundwater level is high, generally the bored piles and the caisson are difficult to construct, and there are prone to phenomena such as holes in the well, sand in the well, and sinking in the well wall. In response to these problems, we changed the bottom of the caisson into a trumpet shape, successfully solved the difficulties in reaming the sand bearing layer and loose soil, and put it into practice in nearly 10 projects in the pond and riverbed area around Fuzhou City. . In the following, taking the construction of the Yangzhou Comprehensive Building in Fuzhou City as an example, we will introduce the practices and experiences in the design and construction of horn sinker foundations.
