“体验经济”不是新概念,“体验”也不是企业的新命题。但“新零售”时代的开启,对重构消费体验提出了更高的要求。“用户体验”变得无处不在,每一家希望凭借创新在竞争中取胜的企业都必须以此为根本。在体验经济时代一切都在全新的价值塑造中,消费端影响产业链的力量在技术的加持下,不可小觑。而任何企业或者行业,注意力必须永远聚焦在消费行为的变化上,聚焦在顾客的价值上。
“Economic experience ” is not a new concept, “experience ” is not a new proposition of the enterprise. However, the opening of the era of “new retail” puts forward higher requirements on the reconstruction of consumer experience. “User Experience ” becomes ubiquitous, and every business that wants to win in the competition with innovation must take this as a foundation. In the era of experience economy all in a new shape of value, the power of the consumer side affect the industrial chain under the blessing of technology should not be underestimated. And any business or industry, attention must always focus on changes in consumer behavior, focusing on customer value.
