对外贸易经济合作部日前发出通知，自1999年起建立进出口企业资格证书年审制度。通知说，凡经外经贸部或其授权审批机关批准或备案登记的各类进出口企业，必须申领《中华人民共和国进出口企业资格证书》（以下简称资格证书）并参加每年的年审。年审内容主要是查验《资格证书》
