本文针对高职院校学困生群体的心理和行为特点,从辅导员工作视角提出了可以从激发学困生学习动机、增加积极情绪体验、增强归属感和自我价值感、积极拓展学困生成人成才多元路径等四方面来改善学困生的学习状况,促进学困生的人格发展,全面提升学困生的综合素质,把学困生培养成为符合社会需求的合格人才。
In view of the psychological and behavioral characteristics of students with learning difficulties in higher vocational colleges, this paper puts forward some suggestions to enhance students’ learning motivation, increase their positive emotional experience, enhance their sense of belonging and self-worth, People are versed in multiple paths to improve the learning situation of students with learning difficulties, to promote the personality development of students with learning difficulties, comprehensively improve the overall quality of students with learning difficulties, to develop students with disabilities to meet the needs of qualified personnel.
