我们在进行实验性日本血吸虫病肾病光镜组织学观察时,于感染尾蚴100～500条后7～26周剖杀的33只家兔中,发现1兔的肾内有成虫异位寄生。该免于感染300条尾蚴后19周剖杀,膀胱尿液常规检查蛋白+++,透明管型+及少量红、白细胞。
In the experimental histopathological observation of experimental schistosomiasis nephropathy in our country, 33 rabbits that were killed from 7 to 26 weeks after infecting cercariae with 100-500 cercariae showed that there were ectoparasites in the kidney of 1 rabbit. The infection was free from 300 cercariae after 19 weeks of dissection, bladder urine routine examination of protein + + +, transparent tube + and a small amount of red and white blood cells.
