本文从引入虚元的热弹性板元有限元计算和试验测定两方面分析研究了平板堆焊时平面外变形的形态及产生机制.从量级和趋势上看,计算和试验结果吻合良好.结果表明:一端固定的焊缝平面外变形是由横向收缩引起的角变形和纵向收缩引起的纵向弯曲共同作用的结果.纵向拘束的焊缝平面外变形主要是横向收缩引起的角变形,两端固定的焊缝,由于横向收缩和纵向收缩一定程度上都受到拘束,因而降低了整个板的挠度值.
In this paper, the shape and mechanism of out-of-plane deformation during flat surfacing welding are analyzed and studied from the finite element analysis and experimental measurement of thermoelastic plate element with introduction of virtual element.From the magnitude and trend, the calculated results are in good agreement with the experimental results The results show that the out-of-plane deformation of the weld with one end is the result of the longitudinal bending caused by the angular deformation and longitudinal shrinkage caused by the transverse shrinkage.The out-of-plane deformation of the longitudinally restrained weld is mainly caused by the angular deformation caused by transverse shrinkage, Of the weld, due to horizontal shrinkage and longitudinal shrinkage are to some extent be constrained, thus reducing the value of the entire board deflection.
