本文在F.P.Porter 所提出的曲轴应力分析和轴承承载能力计算的基础上,进行了计算与试验分析,以图改善这一方法。作者对一些还未能很好解决的问题,诸如支承柔度和不同心度对曲轴圆角应力的影响,作了适当的处理。文中作者还对一些小型柴油机连杆轴颈,主轴颈圆角应力及支承柔度进行了实测,并列出数据,以资对此。这一方法是一种较为精确和有效的计算方法,可用于先期设计阶段予测曲轴应力,也可以为计算轴承负荷和油膜厚度提供准确的支反力数据。
Based on the stress analysis of crankshaft and bearing capacity calculation proposed by F.P. Porter, the calculation and experimental analysis are carried out in order to improve this method. The authors have addressed some of the problems that have not been adequately addressed, such as the effect of bearing flexibility and eccentricity on crankshaft fillet stress, and have been appropriately addressed. The author also some small diesel engine connecting rod journal, spindle neck fillet stress and bearing flexibility were measured, and lists the data to support this. This method is a more accurate and efficient calculation method that can be used to predict crankshaft stress in the early design stage and to provide accurate back-force data to calculate bearing load and film thickness.
