需求分析是课程体系建设的基础。本文介绍了我校以需求调查(社会调查和学习者个人调查)为基础的公外硕士研究生英语精品课的建设情况。根据需求分析的结果,我们从以下6个方面改进教学:1)确定“培养和提高学生语言应用能力”为主要教学目标;2)实施分级教学;3)安排以语言输入为基础、强化语言输出技能的课型;4)改革阅读课,以培养学生自主学习和语言交流能力为目的;5)安排外教讲授听说课;6)采取形成性评估和过程性评估相结合的考核方式。学生对教学效果的反馈说明我们的课程建设比较成功。
Needs analysis is the foundation of the curriculum system. This article describes the construction of the English master course for postgraduate students based on the needs survey (social surveys and individual learner surveys). According to the results of the needs analysis, we improved our teaching from the following six aspects: 1) Determine “training and improving students’ language application skills” as the main teaching goal; 2) Implement graded teaching; 3) Arrangements based on language input, reinforcement Classes of language output skills; 4) Reform of reading classes for the purpose of cultivating students’ abilities of autonomous learning and language exchange; 5) Arranging foreign teachers to teach listening and speaking classes; 6) Adopting a combination of formative assessment and process assessment. Feedback from students on the effectiveness of teaching shows that our curriculum is more successful.
