一、在标杆之间拉绳成标志线,解决运球重心过高的问题教学现象:学生在篮球障碍运球的过程中,运球超过肩部或头部,直腿运球重心下不去,导致驾驭不了球,球不定向地朝着各个方位“跑”、“碰杆”、“出界”等。辅助练习方法:在1.5米的标杆之间拉绳成标志线,高度为1.2米或1.4米,让学生从绳下运球穿过并绕过标志杆。这样加辅助标志线就是为限制学生的重心,使运球时重心下降,运球降低(见图1)。
