对工件上产生氧化膜的疑似原因进行了试验验证。结果表明:工件在前室进入油槽前、关上中门后的2~3 s时间里,空气进入了前室,与炽热的工件发生反应,使工件表面产生了氧化膜。增加前室充氮装置并改变操作程序可以避免氧化。
The workpiece on the oxide film of suspected causes were tested. The results show that the air enters the anterior chamber within 2 ~ 3 s after closing the middle door before the workpiece enters the sump before the anterior chamber and reacts with the hot workpiece to produce an oxide film on the surface of the workpiece. Increase the front chamber nitrogen filling device and change the operating procedures to avoid oxidation.
