世界管理大师德鲁克在书中预言:社会单位的人事管理正在成为过去,新的以人力资源开发和管理的人事革命正在到来。人力资源开发和管理具有创新、高效、人本等几个鲜明的特征,要真正提高医院的人力资源管理的水平,使之能适应新形势下新医改的需要,必须在创新等方面,探索医院人力资源管理的新思路。本文分析了现阶段医院人力资源管理存在的一些问题,在创新、高效、人本等几方面就这些问题的解决提出了作者的新思路。
Drucker, the world master of management, predicted in the book: The personnel administration of social units is becoming a thing of the past.
