面对不同层次学生组成的班级,要想大面积提高英语教学质量,必须贯彻因人因材施教的原则,运用多种方法,设计出既符合教材内容,又与学生认知过程相协调的教学方案。在设计教学活动的时候,巧妙地设定不同难度的任务,设置不同程度的提问,规定不同程度的作业任务,使每一个学生的学习积极性、主动性都有所提高,让每个学生都能获得求知的满足感与成功的体验,激发其学习兴趣,从而达到教学的最终目的。
