In an instant, I have grown from a novice to a middle-aged teacher, not only in terms of age, but also in professional progress and improvement of teaching ability. For my own growth, my conclusion is six words: learning, thinking, practice. Learn, learn? Of course, learn how to take a good lesson. In my teaching career, I started teaching step by step according to the teaching objectives, requirements, steps and basic norms. I tried hard to learn how to control class time, how to set up teaching links, how to ask questions, how to excavate teaching materials and how to grasp heavy and difficult points. I learn from my peers and learn
