新课改以来越来越尊重学生的个性差异,在教学方法上也愈发的注重因材施教。传统的缺乏针对性的教学模式已经越来越不能满足新课改以来的要求,分层教学应运而生。通过将学生分成不同的层次,针对不同学生的不同特点进行不同的教学,从而提高课堂的教学效果。本文主要就分层教学模式在初中英语教学中的具体实践进行分析和探讨。
Since the new curriculum reform, students have been more and more respect for individual differences in teaching methods are also increasingly focused on teaching students according to their aptitude. The traditional lack of targeted teaching model has been less and less able to meet the requirements of the new curriculum reform, layered teaching came into being. By dividing the students into different levels, different teaching is conducted according to the different characteristics of different students so as to improve the teaching effect in the classroom. This article mainly analyzes and discusses the concrete practice of the hierarchical teaching mode in junior high school English teaching.
