现阶段,中国石油辽河油田公司开发稠油的关键技术有蒸气吞吐、蒸汽驱等热力开采技术,生产高温高压的蒸汽是完成稠油生产的前提,在此过程中的关键设备——注汽锅炉能否安全、正常运行就十分关键。在注汽锅炉上安装安全监控及数据存储远传系统,不仅有效杜绝了工人定时监测运行参数由于人为因素产生的数据误差,而且降低了工人的劳动强度。同时通过网络可使数据远传至管理人员的电脑,有利于管理人员对锅炉运行中出现的问题作出及时准确的处理,保证了锅炉设备的安全平稳运行。
