陈伯海认为,中国文学传统形成于一次次转型之中,转型并不脱离传统的建构,而是传统演进的重要表现。朱德发认为,在中国文学向现代的转型中,更应当关注文学内容的转型,同时明确文学转型是一个过程,并不是所有的传统文学样式都发生了转型。姚文放探讨了文学传统转型的内在机制,认为文学传统常常在不同时代的接受、阐释和再创造中发生偏离和变异,文学的发展就是在传统的转型中完成的。方忠认为,中国散文到五四时期发生了重大艺术转型,这一转型主要体现在创作的主体意识、本体意识、流派风格、语言符号等方面。
Chen Bohai believes that the Chinese literary tradition was formed in a time of transition, and the transition was not separated from the traditional construction but an important manifestation of the traditional evolution. Zhu Defa believes that in the transformation of Chinese literature to modernity, it should pay more attention to the transformation of literary content while clarifying the process of literary transformation. Not all the traditional literary styles have undergone any transformation. Yao explores the inherent mechanism of the traditional transformation of literature and argues that literary tradition often deviates and mutates in the reception, interpretation and re-creation of different ages. The development of literature is accomplished in the traditional transformation. Fang Zhong believes that there has been a major artistic transformation of Chinese essay to the May 4th Movement. This transformation is mainly reflected in the subject consciousness, ontological awareness, genre style, language symbols and other aspects of creation.
