廓尔喀作为我国西部邻国,各方面来往频繁。到了清代中后期,廓尔喀以贸易纠纷为由先后发动了三次入侵我国西藏的战争,虽不能称为大战,但均给双方历史带来了不可磨灭的影响。其中每次战争都或多或少存在着英国的影子。本文参考前人的研究,通过梳理三次战争,讨论三次廓尔喀战争分别反映的中英关系并认为该时段内的中英关系发生了大逆转。 Gurkha, as the western neighbor of our country, has frequent contacts in all fields. By the middle and late Qing Dynasty, Gurkha had launched three wars invaded our country’s Tibet on the ground of trade disputes. Although it can not be called a war, it has brought an indelible impact on the history of both sides. Each war there are more or less the shadow of Britain. Based on the previous studies, this article reviews three Sino-British relations reflected by the three Gurkhas each by combing three wars and considers that the Sino-British relations have undergone a major reversal in this period.
