目前,中国正在处于一个改革的深化关键时期,社会主义市场化也随着改革的不断推进而不断完善,这一平台的搭建和完善使得我国不同企业之间的竞争压力越来越大。人力资源管理对于一个企业来说,是提升企业绩效,增加企业经济利益,提升企业综合竞争实力的重要法宝。因此,我国的企业越来越注重对人力资源的管理的不断完善和发展。本篇文章从战略人力资源管理及企业绩效的理论分析为切入点,着重分析了战略人力资源管理对企业绩效影响因素及作用的分析,并对应用战略人力资源管理提升企业绩效的改善措施提出了可行性的意见。希望本篇文章可以给我国企业的管理人员一些有意义的借鉴和思考。
