针对刘店煤矿在生产中需要供热、同时排放大量低品位余废热量的情况,进行了场区可用余热资源及供热负荷状况调查与分析。根据调研结论,提出了余热资源回收与利用的5套可行性方案,通过定性分析及综合评分法比较,确定了适合于该矿的综合热泵供热方案。该供热方案以矿井回风为主要余热源、以矿井排水和矿井降温冷凝热为备用热源、以空气压缩机冷却余热专门用于洗浴全年加热,从而使系统具有充足的备用热源和良好的扩容能力,提高了供热系统的稳定性和可靠性,降低了初期投资。
Aiming at the situation that Liudian Coal Mine needs heating in production and discharges a large amount of low-grade waste heat, the available waste heat resources and heating load conditions in the field are investigated and analyzed. According to the conclusion of the investigation, five feasible schemes of recovery and utilization of waste heat resources are put forward. Through the comparison of qualitative analysis and comprehensive scoring method, the heat pump heating scheme suitable for this mine is determined. The heating program to return the mine as the main source of residual heat to mine drainage and cooling condensing heat as a backup heat source to air compressor cooling waste heat dedicated to bathing all year round heating so that the system has sufficient backup heat and good Capacity expansion, improve the stability and reliability of the heating system, reducing the initial investment.
