“亲身参加教学，才能更好地领导教学”，这是淮南二中在实践中得出的一条可贵经验。淮南二中党支部对教育革命的领导不是停留在一般化的号召上，而是实行具体的主动的领导；干部不是浮在上面，而是扎在下面。学校十三名干部，有十名兼课。其中党支部、革委会领导成员六名，除一名有病，一名分管后勤工作任务重，不能上课外，其余的都担任了教学工作。毛主席要求广大干部“都要努力精通技术和业务，使自己成为内行，又红又专”。华主席也号召我们要“精通业务，又红又专”。几年来这所学校的干部，决心甩掉“长期当外行”的帽子，深入教学第一线，迎着斗争的风浪，克服各种困难，刻苦学习业务，提高领导艺术，亲身实践毛主席的教育思想，努力掌握教学工作的特点和规律，切实有效地领导教学，使党的教育方针真正得到落实，不断促进了教育革命的深入发展。这是一篇很好的调查报告，值得一读，特别是学校的干部，更应该读一读。
