人才是医院最核心的竞争力。无锡市二院于2009年开展“人才树”工程培养体系。并应用精细化管理理念,对树冠、树干及根基等三个层次群体加强培养,即:建立人才“基底—树干—树冠”三级培养体系,该项目曾荣获2013年度“亚洲医院管理人力资源项目卓越奖”。为进一步深化医院“人才树”工程,助推医院中青年人才培养对象加快成长,不断提高“树干”人才即中青年骨干、后备学科带头人的自身素质和科研创新能力。无锡市二院对50名中青年人才培养对象开展了“人才树”接力竞赛行动,旨在鼓励和督促中青年医学人才培养对象加强学习、不断提高,促进临床工作与科研创新、临床教学的结合,做到学以致用、用以促学、学用相长,促进人才加快成长。通过调查结果分析,“人才树”工程的实施,锻炼和促进了人才的成长,为人才的成长搭建了平台,使众多人才脱颖而出成为医院的栋梁。
