学会倾听是学生学习的必备素质,也是学生在今后的生活交往中的一项必备能力,但由于小学生的年龄特点以及学校家庭引导不及时,致使学生在课堂上出现不能认真听讲的现象或者是课堂表现浮躁不能静心倾听老师和同学的发言。由于小学生的学习活动是通过班级管理有计划有目的的实施的,班级科学合理的管理能促成学生养成良好的学习习惯,因此班级管理中的班级教育管理和班级教师管理策略的改善和实施能有效提高小学生的倾听能力。
