目的 探讨预测一氧化碳中毒迟发性脑病的检查方法 ,以及高压氧治疗时间与脑病的关系 .方法 用脑电地形图和头颅 CT分析 2 93例一氧化碳中毒者不同程度、不同高压氧治疗时间与一氧化碳中毒迟发性脑病发生的关系 ;结果 中重度中毒脑电地形图与轻度中毒异常率比较差异显著 (P<0 .0 5 ) .早期脑电地形图和头颅 CT异常者比正常者脑病的发生率明显增高 (P<0 .0 1 ) ,开始高压氧治疗时间及疗程与迟发性脑病有关 .结论 一氧化碳中毒迟发性脑病与中毒程度、过早中止治疗有关 .脑电地形图比头颅 CT敏感 ,而头颅 CT特异性较好 .脑电地形图适用于脑病筛选和指导疗程 ,CT有助于评定预后
Objective To explore the method of predicting the delayed encephalopathy of carbon monoxide poisoning and the relationship between hyperbaric oxygen therapy time and encephalopathy.Methods EEG topography and cranial CT were used to analyze the correlation between 2 93 cases of carbon monoxide poisoning with different degrees of hyperbaric oxygen therapy time and carbon monoxide poisoning Delayed encephalopathy; the results of moderate to severe poisoning EEG and mild poisoning abnormal rate was significantly different (P <0.05) .Early EEG topography and CT abnormalities were more than normal encephalopathy (P0.01), and the time and course of hyperbaric oxygen therapy started was related to delayed encephalopathy.Conclusion Delayed encephalopathy of carbon monoxide poisoning is related to the degree of poisoning and premature termination of treatment.EEG is better than cranial CT Sensitive, while the head CT specificity is better.EEG topographic map for encephalopathy screening and guidance of treatment, CT helps to assess the prognosis
