研究铬暴露对草鱼Ctenopharyngodon idellus鳃抗氧化酶活性和脂质过氧化作用的影响.将草鱼暴露于不同体积质量分数梯度(0mg/L,7.23mg/L,14.47mg/L和28.94mg/L)的六价铬水体中,分别于24h,48h,72h和96h测定鳃中总超氧化物歧化酶(T-SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GPX)的活性和丙二醛(MDA)质量分数.结果显示在24h时,随着Cr6+体积质量分数的增加,草鱼鳃的T-SOD活性无显著变化;在48h,72h和96h时,随着Cr6+体积质量分数的增加,草鱼鳃的T-SOD活性表现出先升高后降低的趋势.在24h,48h,72h和96h时,随着Cr6+体积质量分数的增加,草鱼鳃的GPX活性均表现为先升高后降低的趋势,24h时在14.47mg/L组达到峰值,48h,72h和96h时,均在7.23mg/L组达到峰值.在24h,48h,72h和96h时,MDA质量分数均随着Cr6+体积质量分数的增加而增加.这些结果表明六价铬可以引起草鱼鳃组织发生氧化损伤而使其出现中毒现象,且抗氧化酶活性与MDA质量分数之间可能存在一定的负相关性,表明MDA质量分数增加可能与抗氧化酶活性的下降有关.

The content of MDA increased with the increase of Cr6 + volume fraction at 24h, 48h, 72h and 96h These results indicate that hexavalent chromium can cause oxidative damage to grass carp gill tissues and lead to poisoning, and the antioxidant enzyme activity and MDA mass fraction There may be some negative correlation between the numbers, indicating that the increase of MDA content may be related to the decline of antioxidant enzyme activity.
