为了确保激光切割质量,避免由工件本身起伏不平等误差引起的散焦现象,需要对激光焦距进行自动控制,使激光焦点始终位于工件里面。本文提出一种非接触式单片微机高度自动控制装置,用一体化喷嘴电容传感器检测出工件表面变化,然后用伺服电机驱动透镜,使透镜与工件之间的高度能随着工件表面的不平自动调整,即在切割过程中实现自动对焦。
