目的分析活性炭尘肺病人临床及病理学特征,探讨活性炭粉尘能否引起肺纤维化。方法对2008年底经本院尘肺诊断组确诊的3例活性炭尘肺病人的临床资料进行分析。结果 3例患者高千伏胸片表现以圆形小阴影“p”为主,伴有少量的不规则小阴影“s,”3例患者中有2例出现气道阻力增高并且1例出现轻度的阻塞性肺通气功能障碍;2例患者经支气管肺活检组织病理显示有肺组织纤维化改变。结论长期、大量吸入活性炭粉尘可以引起肺纤维化。
Objective To analyze the clinical and pathological features of activated carbon pneumoconiosis patients and investigate whether activated carbon dust can cause pulmonary fibrosis. Methods The clinical data of 3 cases of activated carbon pneumoconiosis diagnosed by the pneumoconiosis diagnosis group in the end of 2008 were analyzed. Results The high-kv chest radiographs of 3 patients showed a small circular shadow “p” with a small amount of irregular small shadow "2 of 3 patients showed increased airway resistance and One case had mild obstructive pulmonary ventilation dysfunction; two patients had bronchopulmonary biopsy histopathology showed pulmonary fibrosis. Conclusion Long-term, large-scale inhalation of activated carbon dust can cause pulmonary fibrosis.
