为了提高对燃气发生器燃气流量的控制效果,建立了一种压强闭环控制系统。分析了此系统的工作原理,并建立系统的动态模型。针对系统模型的特性,设计线性自抗扰控制器对其进行控制。由于扩张状态观测器的存在,线性自抗扰控制器在一个较大的范围内很好地补偿了系统参数波动对输出的影响,提高了系统的响应速度与控制精度。在不同工况与干扰下仿真结果表明,相对于传统控制器,线性自抗扰控制器缩短了30%的调节时间,降低了约50%的干扰输出,具有更好的动态特性。
In order to improve the control effect on the gas flow of the gas generator, a pressure closed-loop control system was established. Analyzed the working principle of this system and established the dynamic model of the system. According to the characteristics of the system model, a linear ADRC controller is designed to control it. Due to the existence of the extended state observer, the linear ADRC controller compensates for the influence of the system parameter fluctuation on the output in a large range, and improves the response speed and the control precision of the system. The simulation results under different operating conditions and disturbances show that the linear ADRC controller can reduce the adjustment time by 30% and reduce the interference output by about 50%, which results in better dynamic performance than the traditional controller.
