连云港海相软土具有含水量高、压缩性高、孔隙比高、强度低及高触变性等特点,其工程性质较差。鉴于软土的特殊性,该地区广泛应用管桩作为基坑挡土结构。工程实践证明,管桩应用于基坑支护工程是安全可行的,尤其适应于深度为4~8m的基坑。工程实测表明,管桩支护体系的变形特性与灌注桩相似,内支撑的设置时间及场地土体特性是影响深层土体位移的主要因素;对于软土场地基坑,尽早设置水平支撑体系可以显著减小支护体系的变形;监测结果验证了管桩在该地区支护工程中的可行性与适用性。
Lianyungang marine soft soil has the characteristics of high water content, high compressibility, high void ratio, low strength and high thixotropy, and its engineering properties are poor. Due to the particularity of soft soil, pipe piles are widely used as foundation retaining structures in this area. Engineering practice proves that it is safe and feasible to apply the pile to the foundation pit supporting work, especially to the foundation pit with the depth of 4 ~ 8m. The engineering practice shows that the deformation characteristics of the pipe-supporting system are similar to those of the bored pile. The setting time of the inner support and the soil characteristics of the site are the main factors affecting the displacement of the deep soil. For the foundation pit in the soft soil field, setting the horizontal support system as early as possible The deformation of the support system is significantly reduced; the monitoring results verify the feasibility and applicability of the pipe pile in the support project in the area.
