《数学课程标准》中指出:“教学活动是师生积极参与、交往互动、共同发展的过程。有效的教学活动是学生学与教师教的统一,学生是学习的主体,教师是学习的组织者、引导者、合作者。”从中不难看出数学课程的一切都要围绕学生的发展来展开,注重学生的自主探索,体现学生的主体地位,但并不是不要教师的引导。作为小学数学教师,在教学中如何发挥教师的引导作用呢?经过近10年的一线教学研究我认为教师的引导作用主要体现在以
