PCrNiMoQ钢制人工水晶生长用高压釜φ250—2~#在运行38个周期、累计1952个工作日后爆炸。断口裂纹源区微观分析表明,釜体失效主要是由于应力腐蚀(SCC)所引起的裂纹失稳断裂。从而揭示了用CrNiMo类型钢制的人工水晶生长用高压釜,在水晶生长工艺条件下,具有应力腐蚀(SCC)因子;反应过程中形成的所谓“防护膜”(NaFeSi_2O_6)是系统中的腐蚀产物。

The microscopic analysis of fracture source region shows that the failure of the reactor body is mainly due to the instability of cracks caused by stress corrosion (SCC). The so-called “protective film” (NaFeSi 2 O 6) formed during the reaction is the corrosion product in the system .
