为了提高算术教学质量,每当新学期开始,我一方面深刻钻研教材,了解一个学期的全部教学内容,分清它的来龙去脉,掌握它的教学要求;另一方面,多方了解学生,摸透他们对已学知识、技能的掌握情况,了解他们的知识水平。在这个基础上订出切实可行的学期授课计划。我体会到,钻研算术教材要层层深入。先从了解全册教材的内客体系入手,再逐章逐节逐题地细致分析,最后再由各节各章综合成整体。
