为了研究掺钢渣再生骨料自密实混凝土的工作性能及钢渣掺量对抗压强度的影响,通过与无钢渣再生骨料自密实混凝土的对比试验,研究了不同磨细钢渣取代率(10%,20%,30%,40%,50%)对再生骨料自密实混凝土抗压强度的影响。试验结果表明:随着钢渣取代水泥量增大,坍落扩展度先降低后提高,T500时间先长后短,间隙通过性先好后差,拌合物离析率同样先降低后提高,混凝土28d抗压强度不断降低。采用15%的粉煤灰和10%的钢渣取代水泥制备出了C40强度等级混凝土,为今后研究复掺钢渣对再生骨料自密实混凝土性能的影响提供基础。
In order to study the performance of self-compacting concrete with recycled slag and the effect of slag content on the compressive strength, the effects of slag replacement rate (10% 20%, 30%, 40%, 50%) on the compressive strength of recycled aggregate self - compacting concrete.
