2013年8月30日,全国人大常委会对《商标法》进行了第三次修改,这次法律修改,是我国商标发展史上的一件大事。作为商标工作主管部门和商标战略实施的牵头部门,工商行政管理部门要深刻理解《商标法》修改的时代背景与立法本意,准确把握《商标法》修改对当前商标战略实施工作的影响,顺应形势要求,以更加扎实有效的措施,坚定不移地推进商标战略的深入实施。
On August 30, 2013, the NPC Standing Committee made the third revision of the Trademark Law. This revision of the law is a major event in the history of trademark development in China.
