我厂加工X62W铣床的瓦盖平面(见图1),过去采用手工刮研法,劳动强度高,生产效率低,接触面约65%。现在采用一种松香石蜡夹具,在立式平面磨床上加工,效率提高到2～5倍,接触面达到85%以上,工件质量有显著提高。现介绍如下。一、松香石蜡夹具的结构本夹具结构简单,由夹具体和松香石蜡粘结剂组成(如图2)。松香石蜡粘结剂可将工件承托和粘牢在夹具上,因此在加工时,工件无须夹紧。夹具体用槽钢 I plant processing X62W milling machine tile cover plane (see Figure 1), the past manual scraping method, high labor intensity, low productivity, contact surface of about 65%.
