高校教师职业倦怠已经成为一项新兴话题,以哈尔滨市部分高校体育教师为测试对象,采用问卷调查方法,对哈尔滨市四所“211”工程高校;六所普通高校;三所体育专业学院的体育教师的职业倦怠状况进行调查与研究。结果表明:1)当前高校体育老师职业倦怠程度并不突出。2)职业倦怠的状况在性别、年龄、职称、学历等方面存在一定的差异。3)高校体育教师职业倦怠的状况与收入、待遇、地位、高校领导重视等因素有关。4)高校体育教师职业倦怠的状况与个体的人格因素有关。体育教师职业倦怠与A型性格正相关,与一般自我效触感呈负相关;与积极应对方式负相关。
The job burnout of university teachers has become a new topic. Taking PE teachers in some colleges and universities in Harbin as the testing object, this paper uses the questionnaire survey method to analyze the four “211” engineering colleges and universities in Harbin; six colleges and universities; three sports colleges Of the physical education teacher burnout conditions to investigate and research. The results show that: 1) the current degree of physical education teacher burnout is not prominent. 2) The condition of job burnout There are some differences in terms of gender, age, job title and education level. 3) The situation of job burnout of PE teachers in colleges and universities is related to the factors such as income, treatment, status, and the importance of university leaders. 4) The status of college PE teachers’ job burnout is related to individual personality factors. Physical education teacher burnout was positively correlated with type A personality, negatively correlated with general self-efficacy and negatively correlated with positive coping style.
