PU-pan-1细胞系取材于胰腺癌病人肝转移结节,在体外传代一年余,计75代。该细胞系具有恶性肿瘤癌细胞系生长的特点,分裂指数为3.4%,群体倍增时间为82.9小时,集落形成率为46%,具有腺癌细胞形态及超微结构,染色体众数为64条。PU-pan-1能够在裸鼠再现原标本组织学类型,无支原体污染,能够长期冷冻保存,将为进一步研究胰腺癌的机理提供体外实验模型。
PU-pan-1 cell line derived from pancreatic cancer patients with liver metastasis of nodules, passage in vitro more than a year, on behalf of 75 generations. The cell line has the characteristics of growth of malignant tumor cell lines with a division index of 3.4%, population doubling time of 82.9 hours, colony formation rate of 46%, with adenocarcinoma cell morphology and ultrastructure, chromosome number of 64. PU-pan-1 can reproduce the original histological type of mycoplasma in nude mice without mycoplasma contamination and can be cryopreserved for a long time, which will provide an in vitro experimental model for further studying the mechanism of pancreatic cancer.
