钢模板扭翘变形的试验方法是:首先在四点支承 (②④⑦⑨) 条件下加荷载,按试验要求,张拉力和垂直荷载加荷完毕后,读测各测点安设的百分表变形值,将此值作为初读数;随后在支承点④ (参见图1) 用千斤顶将钢模板轻轻顶起,拆下支承④,待稳定后,读测各测点安设的百分表,用此值作为终读数;用终读数减去初读数,并消除支座沉陷的影响后,即为钢模板在两点支承条件下的各点的扭翘变形值。
The test method of warping deformation of steel template is: firstly load under the condition of four-point support (2479). According to the test requirements, after the loading of tensile force and vertical load is completed, the deformation value of the dial indicator installed at each measuring point is read and measured. This value is taken as the initial reading; then at the support point 4 (see Figure 1), the steel template is gently lifted with a jack, and the support 4 is removed. After stabilization, the dial indicator installed at each measuring point is read and used. This value is used as the final reading; after subtracting the initial reading from the final reading and eliminating the influence of the bearing subsidence, it is the warping deformation value of each point under the two-point support condition of the steel formwork.
