1.高炉精料方针的新发展我国炼铁学者在六十年代初期总结出“高、熟、小、净、匀”的精料方针。三十余年来,我国的精料工作有了很大进步,尤其是安钢水冶铁厂利用小球烧结配球团矿使高炉利用系数达到3.0t/(m~3.d)以上,为精料操作及合理炉料结构提供了新的发展思路。特别是近几年对人造富矿热态性能(包括还原粉化率、还原膨胀率、中高温还原性能、软熔滴落性能等)的研究进一步深入。在目前条件下,原来的精料方针已不能完全适用,需要进行补充,在熟料率方面,只求提高熟悉料率不求炉料结构的合理性仍不能达到提高高炉生产指标的目的。对烧结矿生产过程也有了新的
