人才话题是一个最简单的话题,也是一个最复杂的话题。当我们零距离接触第十届全国人大代表、全国政协委员时,这是一个最不能让人平静的话题。地方首脑们不管是强省还是强市,手里最硬的“王牌”是人才;企业老总们最急需的不是资金、不是技术,而是人才;学界最关心的是如何培养出实用的人才;而有识之士们最强烈的呼吁是怎样构建一个配套的人才体系,良性的人才环境;他们是人民选出的代表,他们的呼声代表民意;他们对人才的主张,代表着一种趋势。他们是如何把摸“人脉”的?他们怎样预期中国的未来?他们最大的忧虑又是什么?
Talent topic is one of the most simple topics, but also one of the most complex topic. When we came into contact with the Tenth NPC and CPPCC members from a distance, this is one of the most inaccessible topics. Local leaders, whether strong or strong city, the hardest hands, “trump card” is a talent; corporate executives are not in urgent need of funds, not technology, but talent; academics are most concerned about how to cultivate practical Talent; and the most appealing people of insight is how to build a supporting talent system, a benign talent environment; they are elected representatives of the people, their voices on behalf of public opinions; their ideas on the talent, on behalf of a trend.
