通过文献资料法、问卷调查法、数理统计法对番禺区100名中学生在跨栏跑教学中恐栏现象进行调查和分析,研究显示:大部分学生对跨栏跑都有不同程度的恐惧心理,女生明显高于男生;此外,内在心理活动引发恐惧的总人次高于外在动作表象诱发恐惧的总人次。提出掌握正确的跨栏技术;加强跨栏心理训练,培养良好的心理品质,提高跨栏心理能力;分层次教学;加强跨栏专项身体素质练习的对策。
Through literature investigation, questionnaire survey and mathematical statistics, the investigation and analysis of the phenomenon of the “fear bar” in hurdle race in 100 middle school students in Panyu District showed that most of the students had different degrees of fear of hurdles and girls were obviously Higher than boys; furthermore, the total number of in-person psychological activity-induced phobias is higher than the total number of external-appearance-induced phobias. Put forward to master the correct hurdle technology; strengthen hurdler psychological training, develop good psychological quality, improve hurdles psychological ability; hierarchical teaching; strengthen hurdle special physical quality of the countermeasures.
