“跑”在小学体育教学中占有很大的比例。“跑”的速度,与跑步姿势以及途中跑的步频、步幅有密切关系。在教学和业余训练中,我发现许多学生跑步成绩提高不快的主要原因是两腿迈不开。为了提高跑步的速度,我有意安排了一些增长步幅的练习。通过几年的实践,收效较大。我首先分析了学生在跑步中步幅不够的原因。主要有二:一是年龄较小,腿部肌肉力量差,跑的专门练习少,造成大腿抬不起,后蹬无力,影响了步幅。二是小学生特有的运动心理影响,跑步中只图两腿交换快,不注意整个动作的完整与协调,以致动作变形,
“Running” occupies a large proportion in the physical education of primary schools. The speed of “running” is closely related to the running posture and the pace and pace of the running. In the running, only the legs are exchanged quickly, and the whole movement and coordination are not paid attention to, so that the movement is distorted.
